SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR FATA


Goal
The goal of the FATA SDP is to secure the social, economic and ecological well being of FATA promoting a just, peaceful and equitable society where the people can live in harmony, respect and dignity.

Objectives

  • Addressing  the basic social needs underlying the causes of prevailing disparities within the area
  • Exploring and diversifying available economic opportunities for a positive contribution to the economic uplift of the society
  • Managing and maintaining ecological and life support systems for a positive impact on the livelihoods of the common people
  • Improving the institutional and financial capacities of the departments/agencies for scaling up the economic activities within the society
  • Monitoring and evaluating the multi sectoral progress to support, strengthen and sustain development and prosperity of the people and the region.
